1. Processing & Handling Time

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 5–7 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" have unique dispatch timelines. Please refer to the specific product description for estimated shipping dates.

  • Note: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is available.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a simple Flat Fee for all domestic shipments. Once your order has been processed, you can expect delivery within the following timeframe:

3. Order Tracking

We want you to stay informed! As soon as your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive an SMS notification directly from our courier (Citypak).

  • This message will include your tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey in real-time.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship domestically. However, we are working hard to bring our products to the rest of the world soon! Stay tuned for updates regarding international shipping.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or if the carrier fails to deliver your package:

  • Please contact us immediately via our contact page.

  • We will work closely with Citypak to investigate the issue and help you recover your order or provide a replacement.
